These payment methods are available in the meshloader store. We do not charge a surcharge for any of them.
1. Credit and Debit Cards
You can pay with your credit or debit card. The payment is confirmed immediately, and service begins right after that.
2. Bank Transfer
There are two options to choose from:
- EPS Transfer – for customers with an Austrian bank account: You confirm the transfer directly through online banking, and the payment is confirmed immediately.
- Bank Transfer – After completing your order, you will receive our bank account information and the payment reference. Please include exactly this payment reference when making the transfer; as soon as we receive the payment, we will send you the coupon code. Depending on your bank, this may take one to two business days.
Payments are processed by our payment service provider, Mollie. Your card and bank information is processed there, not by us.
3. When will the payment be charged?
For credit card and EPS payments, your card will be charged when you complete your order; for bank transfers, payment is processed when you make the transfer. As soon as payment is confirmed, we will email you the coupon code for your license. For more information on the next steps, see " Provision & Delivery."
4. Invoice
You will receive your invoice via email. If you are placing an order on behalf of a company, please provide the company name and VAT number during the ordering process—changing the billing information later is time-consuming.
5. Prices and Sales Tax
All prices listed in the store are in euros. Whether value-added tax (VAT) is charged—and at what rate—depends on your place of business and your status as a business entity—specifically, the reverse charge mechanism applies to businesses based in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID number. The General Terms and Conditions and the information on your invoice are binding.
6. Not offered
We do not currently offer purchase on account, SEPA direct debit, cash on delivery, or cash payments. If you are a business and would like to purchase on account, please email us at office@xr-need.com —we can find a solution for larger license quantities.
7. If the payment doesn't go through
If the payment process is interrupted, no amount will be charged and no contract will be formed. If, however, an amount has been charged without you having received an order confirmation, please contact us at office@xr-need.com or +43 699 190 262 88, specifying the date and amount.
