meshloader is available exclusively in digital form. There is no shipping, no shipping costs, and no delivery time in the traditional sense.

1. No shipping costs

We do not ship physical goods. You will receive the software as a download and the license key via email. Therefore, there are no shipping, packaging, or customs fees —regardless of which country you are in.

2. Here's How the Deployment Works

  • Order. You complete your order in the store and receive an order confirmation via email.

  • Receipt of payment. With PayPal and the payment methods offered through it, payment is usually confirmed immediately. For payments made by bank transfer, fulfillment begins once the funds are credited to our account.

  • Coupon Code. Once we've confirmed receipt of your payment, we'll automatically send you a coupon code via email. This usually happens within a few minutes.

  • License key. Use the coupon code to redeem your personal license key on our website. The license term is governed by the End User License Agreement.

  • Download. You can download the installation file at any time from meshloader.com/download and activate it with your license key.

3. If you do not agree to an immediate start

If you are a consumer and do not consent to the start of service provision before the withdrawal period expires, we will not provide the coupon code and license key until after the 14-day period has expired. For more information, see “Withdrawal for Digital Content.”

4. No delivery restrictions

We provide meshloader worldwide, provided that no export or sanctions regulations prevent us from doing so. The tax treatment of your order depends on your place of business and your status as a business entity; details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

5. If the email doesn't arrive

If you haven't received an email with the coupon code within one hour of confirmed payment, please check your spam folder first. If that doesn't help, please email us at office@xr-need.com with your order number or call us at +43 699 190 262 88. We will then send you the code manually.
